Health District to host H1N1 clinic

Those meeting certain criteria can get the injected version of the H1N1 vaccine, North Central District Health officials have announced.
All people interested must register through the district’s online web site at http://www.ncdhd.org, with more information coming after registration. The health district did not disclose a location for the clinic.

Railroad Museum officials thankful for help

Connecticut Eastern Railroad Museum volunteer Adrian Atkins said he was touched by one boy’s generosity while visiting the vandalized museum over the weekend.
He said the boy, upset by what he saw, reached into his pocket and pulled out 11 cents.
“He gave all he had,” Atkins said.
