STORRS — University of Con-necticut police made a fourth arrest in their continuing investigation of the stabbing death of football star Jasper Howard.

Three appointed to Hebron ethics board

Three local residents were appointed to the new ethics committee in Hebron.
Selectmen recently appointed Donna Ferree, Glenn McGrath and Charles Redfern to the committee.
Redfern is a former pastor who told selectmen he is “familiar with professional ethics” and McGrath said he is “very familiar with the code of conduct.”
